First Saturdays at the Brooklyn Museum are a high point of the summer in Brooklyn. When you arrive you will find a live music stage and food stand inside the dome. Beyond that is the museum itself, open at this time for casual browsing. On the floor above is a DJ area with a marketplace of local artist vendors. That’s where we will be!

We will have a selection of fine art notecards, art prints (giclée) and some books for sale. And, of course, we will celebrate this month’s theme appropriately, with a fine array of LGBTQ material!

In order to join in, you must get your free tickets in advance. But be forewarned, the tickets fly like hotcakes the minute they become available. Sign up at the Brooklyn Museum website (link above) for their newsletter and when you get the notice, reserve your tickets IMMEDIATELY!
