Rainbow Book Fair, New York City

HAD A GREAT TIME YESTERDAY AT THE RAINBOW BOOK FAIR!

Electra at the Drag Story Hour. Rainbow Book Fair, 2024

Ferrandina Press had a table at the Rainbow Book Fair at the LGBT Community Center on West 13th Street. It was our opportunity to introduce our latest publication, Rom și Român, a hardcover portfolio of ONE HUNDRED portraits of Romanians on the streets of that country during the 1990s. The book is, for now, only available on Amazon, but we will eventually have our own copies. Waiting for the mysterious wheels to turn at the printing press, wherever that is.

We also featured the works of Joseph Modica, with some printed material about his life, some links to his work on various websites, and with a selection of his works in the form of notecards. We also were able to give people the opportunity to look through a catalog of his black and white sketches, which will eventually be for sale.
